# Game Rules

This is where you can find our Game Rules, you are required to follow these rules!

### Rule 1 | **Fail Roleplay** <a href="#rule-1-or-fail-roleplay" id="rule-1-or-fail-roleplay"></a>

* Maintaining a sense of realism throughout the roleplay is important. Avoid engaging in actions that would be unrealistic or unlikely to occur in real life.

### Rule 2 | **Random &** Vehicle **Deathmatch** <a href="#rule-2-or-random-and-vehicle-deathmatch" id="rule-2-or-random-and-vehicle-deathmatch"></a>

* You must not kill/harm another player without a valid reason to do so.
* You must not ram into another player/vehicle without a valid reason to do so.

### Rule 3 | **New Life Rule** <a href="#rule-3-or-new-life-rule" id="rule-3-or-new-life-rule"></a>

* If the character you're using dies, you must roleplay as a new character without any previous knowledge of previous scenes.

### Rule 4 | **Metagaming** <a href="#rule-4-or-metagaming" id="rule-4-or-metagaming"></a>

* You must not use knowledge that you have learned out of character while roleplaying.

### Rule 5 | **Respectful** <a href="#rule-5-or-respectful" id="rule-5-or-respectful"></a>

* It is mandatory to show respect to all players, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for everyone involved.

### Rule 6 | Avatar Appearances <a href="#rule-6-or-avatar-appearances" id="rule-6-or-avatar-appearances"></a>

* You must keep your avatar realistic as possible, anything that is unrealistic such as wings will result in a kick.

### Rule 7 | **Arresting** <a href="#rule-7-or-arresting" id="rule-7-or-arresting"></a>

* When cuffing a player, you must have a valid reason and roleplay it. You must use cuff motion and say *`*cuffs*`* before cuffing the player.

### Rule 8 | Priority Scenes <a href="#rule-8-or-priority-scenes" id="rule-8-or-priority-scenes"></a>

* You must have a priority timer set by staff to do the following scenes, **Hostage RP, Police Shootings, Barricaded Suspect, Bomb RP, Robbery's.**

### Rule 9 | Out of character <a href="#rule-9-or-out-of-character" id="rule-9-or-out-of-character"></a>

* Don't go out of character during a roleplay scene whatsoever you are required to stay in character at all times.

### Rule 10 | 30 Minutes <a href="#rule-10-or-30-minutes" id="rule-10-or-30-minutes"></a>

* If you get kicked, please wait 30 minutes to rejoin.

### Rule 11 | Roblox & PRC ToS <a href="#rule-11-or-roblox-and-prc-tos" id="rule-11-or-roblox-and-prc-tos"></a>

* You MUST follow all Roblox & PRC Terms of Services at all times. If you fail to do so, you will be permanently banned from our server.

### Rule 12 | Microphone <a href="#rule-12-or-microphone" id="rule-12-or-microphone"></a>

* A microphone is required at all times as this is a VC ONLY SERVER. Not having a microphone will get you kicked from our server.

### Rule 13 | Kidnapping/Hostage Scenes <a href="#rule-13-or-kidnapping-hostage-scenes" id="rule-13-or-kidnapping-hostage-scenes"></a>

* You must ask a staff member for permission before conducting any of these roleplays. You are also not allowed to kidnap `FD` or `DOT` personnel.

### Rule 14 | Jewelry & Bank Robberies <a href="#rule-14-or-jewelry-and-bank-robberies" id="rule-14-or-jewelry-and-bank-robberies"></a>

* If you want to roleplay a jewelry or bank robbery, you must have a group of 3+ members.<br>

### Rule 15 | ATV'S

* You can only use the Four Wheeler and Razer if you are taking it to Highrock park, you're not allowed to drive it on a public roadway, however if you're roleplaying as a farmer your allowed to drive them in the county

### Rule 16 | Highspeed Vehicles

* Bullhorn Widebody, any other highspeed vehicle are for whitelisted members only, if your caught using it without being whitelisted you will be kicked for 2 hours.

### Rule 17 | Ram bars

* APD cannot have ram bars on their vehicles if your caught with it you will be banned for 2 days as it is unrealistic roleplay.
